Trash Service
There are multiple Trash Service vendors that service our neighborhood. They are not always competitive so please check rates at least annually to ensure that you are not overpaying for trash service.

Water and Septic
Our neighborhood has no city services which means we pay no MUD taxes. However, that means that each property owner must have a water well and be permitted for a septic system that requires the property owner to have a two year maintenance contract in force and on file with the county at all times.
Remember to test your well water annually for any potential water table contaminants or other issues.
Quarterly septic system maintenance is a requirement of having a septic system in Montgomery County.
Cable TV and Internet Services
There are several internet and cable service providers in the neighborhood.

Fiber is not yet in our neighborhood but we are working to get it brought in. Please submit your interest to getting Fiber to either of the two vendors below so that we show that our neighborhood has interest in getting Fiber Internet Services.
