Location
North Line Oaks is a 182 acre tract of land out of the F.D. May Survey, A-388, in Montgomery County Texas.
We are a residential subdivision with deed restrictions.
We are located West of I-45, South of 242 / College Park Drive and East of Gosling.
Wild Life
Our neighborhood is full of wild life including several herds of deer that have been in the area for generations that travel between our neighborhood and the numerous greenbelts and surrounding undeveloped wooded areas as their home. Besides the deer we see foxes, racoons, skunks, opossums, coyotes, wild hogs and a very large variety of birds living in the community.
Please be aware and drive slow (under 25) through our neighborhood as the wildlife are everywhere and could dart out from the wooded areas at any time.
